• This property ONLY ACCEPTS TENANTS for exclusive "SEASONAL" use, in accordance with Article 3.2 of the LAU (Law of Administrative Law). The reason will be requested, and a security deposit may be required depending on the duration of the stay. • PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED IN THE APARTMENT • SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE APARTMENT. There is a €150 (+VAT) surcharge for removing tobacco odors and a €100 (+VAT) surcharge for special cleaning. • PETS ARE ALLOWED: Upon request and in consultation before booking (please contact us before booking). Pets have a €40 surcharge per stay. Guide dogs are allowed free of charge. • Cribs and extra beds are not available. The accommodations is clearly described in its description (number of rooms, beds, etc.). Reservations for up to 6 people, including adults and children, are accepted. You should assess whether the apartment's conditions and descriptions meet your needs before confirming your reservation. • CHECK-IN: Check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Upon request and inquiries, luggage storage is available after 11:30 AM. • ALL guests must check-in online and present their ID (documentary identification) before 6:00 PM on the day of arrival to access and use the apartment. Access to the apartment is independent using your mobile phone via a link. In-person check-in option: please request this 24 hours in advance (fee is €40 EUR (+VAT). • CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 11:00 AM. At this time, our cleaning service will enter the apartment to have it ready for the next guest. On the day of your departure, the apartment must be left in a clean condition. All trash must be removed from the apartment and placed in the various street containers.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
