Please note that all arrivals from 20:00 onwards are subject to confirmation by the property. - A surcharge of €30 applies for arrivals between 20:00 and 23:00. - A surcharge of €50 applies for arrivals from 23:00 onwards. Once the arrival time is agreed upon, a one-hour grace period is allowed for potential delays, provided that any change to the schedule is communicated well in advance. As this is a rental for purposes other than a primary residence (seasonal rental) regulated by the LAU (Urban Leases Act): 1. Temporary contract: Signing a temporary rental contract upon arrival is mandatory, specifying the reason for the stay (work, studies, renovations at a primary residence, cultural activities, etc.). 2. Identification: Registration details for all occupants will be requested prior to arrival. 3. Guest profile: We seek tenants who value tranquility and take good care of the property. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
