Arrival time: Check-in is allowed between 15:00 and 20:00. Arrivals after 20:00 have a surcharge of 20 €. Check-ins are not allowed after 00:00. Check-out time: Check-out must be before 10:00. If not previously authorized, a surcharge of 30 € will be charged for each additional hour. Identification: It is mandatory to provide the full name and identity card or passport of the person who will check-in. Occupancy of the accommodation: All guests must be included in the reservation. Any unregistered person requires prior authorization and is subject to a charge of 30 € per night. Policy with minors: For security reasons, persons under 18 years of age are not allowed to stay. Pets: Pets are allowed only for an additional fee of 60 € per day per animal. Use of washing machine: The washing machine may not be used without prior authorization or supervision. Cleanliness and hygiene: Guests are expected to maintain order, including the cleaning and storage of utensils and dishes. Basic condiments such as oil, salt and pepper are not provided for hygienic reasons. Damages and objects in the accommodation: Any damage should be reported immediately. The cost for stained towels or sheets is 20 €. Towels are only intended for use inside the accommodation. In case of loss of keys, a charge of 80 € will be applied. Activities not allowed: Smoking is not allowed inside. In case of non-compliance, a fee of 300 € will be charged for deep cleaning. The use of illicit substances or the consumption of alcohol is prohibited inside the accommodation. No celebrations or gatherings that could be considered parties are allowed. Any infraction will result in a penalty of 500 € and immediate cancellation of the stay without refund. Conditions of the accommodation: All furniture, appliances and locks are in good condition. Doors must be kept locked for security. General behavior: It is required to maintain order in the common areas. Neighbors' rest must be respected and disturbing noises must be avoided. Acceptance of conditions: By confirming the reservation, the guest accepts these rules in full. Any non-compliance will result in the automatic cancellation of the stay and the obligation to leave the accommodation without refund.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
