A surcharge of EUR 25 applies for arrivals after 20:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The pool is only open during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September). Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a €25 late check-in fee. Baby cots are available for rent at €30 per stay. Please make sure to request one by contacting the host before your arrival. Tenants must present a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. Parties or similar events are not allowed at this property. Tenants must sign a short-term rental agreement. This agreement will reflect the original terms of your booking and must specify the duration of the stay, stating that the rental is not intended for permanent residence. It must also include the guest’s primary residence address and the reason for the stay. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
