PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED IN THE APARTMENT - Nor is it allowed to make noises that disturb the peaceful coexistence of the neighborhood. • SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT. Surcharge of €150 (+VAT) for removing the smell of tobacco and €100 (+VAT) for special cleaning. • Guests must be over 25 years old. To ensure the good condition of the accommodation, in certain cases we may request a refundable deposit of €200 before arrival at the apartment. This will be managed through a pre-authorization on a debit or credit card, which will be automatically cancelled on the day of your departure, once it has been verified that everything is in perfect condition. • PETS ARE WELCOME: Upon request and consultation before booking (you must contact us before booking). Pets have a supplement of €40 per stay. Guide dogs are welcome free of charge. • No cribs or extra beds are available. The accommodation is perfectly defined in its description (number of rooms, beds, etc...). Reservations are accepted for up to 8 people, including adults and children. You should assess whether the apartment's conditions and descriptions meet your needs before confirming the booking. • CHECK-IN: Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Upon prior request and consultation, they can store your luggage from 11:30 a.m. • ALL guests must check in online and present their ID card or passport (identity document) before 6:00 PM on the day of arrival in order to access and use the apartment. Access to the apartment is self-service using your mobile phone via a link. In-person check-in option: request 24 hours in advance (costs €40). • CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. At that time our cleaning service will access the apartment to have it ready for the next guest. On the day of your departure, the apartment must be left in good, clean condition. All garbage must be removed from the apartment and placed in the different containers on the street.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
