Pets HAVE a supplement of €40 EUR per stay. Guide dogs are allowed free of charge. • There are no cots or extra beds available. The accommodations is perfectly defined in its description (number of rooms, beds, etc...). Reservations of up to 10 people are accepted, including adults and children. The guest must assess whether the conditions and descriptions of the apartment meet their needs before confirming their reservation. • CHECK-IN: Entry is from 2:00 p.m. Upon request and consultation, your luggage can be received from 11:30 a.m. ALL guests must check in online and present their ID before 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival to be able to access and use the apartment. Access to the apartment is autonomous with your mobile phone through a link. In-person check-in option: request 24 hours in advance and it will cost €40. • CHECK OUT: departure time is 11:00 a.m. At that time our cleaning service will access the apartment in order to have it ready for the next guest. On the day of your departure, the apartment must be delivered in good clean condition. All garbage must be removed from the apartment and deposited in the different containers on the street.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
