-To access the elevator you have to climb some stairs (about four). *Late check-ins have a special rate and are paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment. *Two sets of keys are provided. *Upon arrival we will ask for each guest's passport or identity card. *Please take care of the environment and turn off the lights and a/c when leaving the apartment. *If you want to have the use of the sofa bed, please note that this has an additional cost, please consult with our team. It includes the linen for the sofa bed and that it is ready for your arrival. -Check-in after 20.00 pm has a cost of 30 euros. -Check-in after 23.00 pm has a cost of 50 euros. -Check-outs are at 11:00 am. Our staff will not be present in the apartment for check-outs; for this, you will only have to leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
