Rental cribs are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival. Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in. Parties or similar gatherings are not allowed at this property. To access the apartment, you will need a smartphone with an internet connection. The tenant must sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the reservation and must specify the duration of the stay, stating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupancy or use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address, registered address, and the reason for the rental. Please note that if your arrival date is the same day you made the reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM. There is currently construction work underway in the building, so there may be some noise during the day.
