Check‑in can be done from 15:00, subject to availability and confirmation. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. It is not available for tourist purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory. We provide basic items for first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products, and trash bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linen, please let us know and we will gladly provide it for an additional charge. There is a zero‑tolerance policy regarding smoking inside the property. If our team finds evidence of a violation of this rule (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum €200 fee for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Additional keys: €20 (additional set of keys when available, lost keys, or door opening service during your stay). Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of the cleaning fee. Additional linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
