Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental. Cots are available upon request for an additional charge of 30 EUR per stay. If you require a cot, you must notify the property before your arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
