Please note that last-minute bookings may experience a check-in delay of up to 2 hours until 18:00. Check-in until 11:00 PM. * Free check-in: from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. * In-person check-in from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM: €20 surcharge. * In-person check-in from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €30 surcharge. Arrivals after 11:00 PM must be requested in advance: * From 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM: €35 surcharge. * From 1:00 AM to 2:00 AM: €50 surcharge. Check-in is not possible after 2:00 AM. We offer free early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability. In the event of lost keys or a lockout due to keys being left inside the apartment, the cost of the locksmith will be €150, to be paid directly by the guest. Please note that last-minute reservations may result in a check-in delay of up to 2 hours from the usual time.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
