A surcharge of 30 EUR applies for arrivals after 22:00h. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. PROHIBITED TO DO PARTYS IN THE APARTMENT Neither make noises that alter the peaceful coexistence of the neighborhood • Smoking is not permitted in the apartment Additional charge of 150€(+VAT) for removing smell of tobacco and 100€( + VAT) for special cleaning. • No cribs or extra beds are available. The accommodations is perfectly defined in its description (not of rooms, beds, etc...). Reservations of up to 10 people between adults and children are accepted. The guest should assess whether the conditions and descriptions of the apartment match their needs before confirming their reservation. • Pets ADMITED: On request and consultation before booking (se debe contactar antes de reservar). Pets have a surcharge of EUR 40 per stay. Guided dogs are allowed for free. • CHECK-IN: Entry is from 14:00h. On request and consultation, your luggage can be received from 11:30h. All guests must make the online check-in and present their ID before 18:00h on the day of arrival to be able to access and make use of the apartment. Access to the apartment is autonomous with your mobile phone via a link. Check-in option: request 24h in advance and you will have a cost of 40€. • CHECK OUT: departure time is 11:00h. At that time our cleaning service will access the apartment in order to have it ready for the next guest. On the day of your departure the apartment must deliver you in good condition of cleaning. All the garbage should be removed from the apartment and deposited in the different containers on the street. -In case of special or extraordinary cleaning of the sofa or apartment the guest must pay a surcharge of 100€(+VAT). • CLEANING: You can request a cleaning of the apartment at any time 24 hours in advance of the requested date for an additional cost of 40€. • We are not responsible for failures in the internet/wifi service. • Guest service in office hours: Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00. • Turn off the air conditioning when you leave the apartment.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
