In the event of lost keys or if the apartment needs to be unlocked because the keys have been left inside, the cost of the locksmith will be €150, to be paid directly by the guest. Please note that last-minute bookings may result in a delay in check-in of up to 2 hours compared to the usual schedule.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
