There is no elevator in the building. First pet is free, after that a 25€ charge applies to other pet per stay (max 2 pets). Any incident that is caused by the guest and requires support, outside of in-person work hours from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., will have an extra cost of 20 euros to be paid in cash to the person providing assistance. -Smoking or having parties will be grounds for immediate expulsion and have a fine of €99. -Loss of the key has a penalty of €49. -If you leave the keys in the lock of the house from the inside, it will be necessary to call a locksmith, this cost will have to be paid by the guest. -Any damage or breakage made by guests will be paid for by them.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
