Please note that if you are two guests and would like separate rooms, there is an additional charge of EUR 40 per night. Lost keys will incur a EUR 50 charge. Special requests that are not communicated 48 hours in advance and require the property to come to the property will incur a EUR 30 charge. An additional key is provided, in addition to the key to the accommodation entrance, which opens a gate on the upper floor for evacuation in case of emergency. In addition to the €200 security deposit paid by credit card, the accommodation offers the following alternative payment options: 1- Bank transfer: Bank details will be provided to the guest. To receive the security deposit refund, the guest must provide an account number. Transfers to accounts within the SEPA zone are free of charge. If the bank account is outside the SEPA zone, any bank fees will be the guest's responsibility. 2- Cash on arrival: This option is only available at the property and incurs an additional charge of €30. If arrival is after 10:00 PM, an additional €30 fee will be applied, in addition to the initial cash payment fee. For departures before 8:00 AM, the security deposit will be refunded via bank transfer. Any bank fees incurred for this refund will be the guest's responsibility. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
