Only temporary reservations are allowed, not short stays. The house is not rented for tourist purposes, as they are temporary rentals. Please, keep in mind this house IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT. Tenants must sign a temporary rental contract at the time of arrival. This contract respect in all its clauses the conditions of your Booking reservation. Please note that for reservations lasting more than 28 days, electricity and gas consumption will not be included in the rent, the bill amount will be borne by the guest. Please note that if your arrival day coincides with the same day you made your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for check-in before 5:30 pm. There is a flight of stairs before reaching the elevator, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The auxiliary room of the duplex has a staircase that may not be completely safe for children. Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival. Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in. Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property. Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
