1. Acceptance: Making a reservation implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. Personal Data: The information provided will be stored on a secure server, accessible only by authorized staff. 3. Occupants: The client must respect the maximum number of guests allowed in the reservation. The room rate is the same for 1 or 2 guests. If more guests stay without authorization, a penalty of €100 per night per additional guest will be imposed. 4. Cleaning: Rooms will be delivered clean. Guests are expected to leave them reasonably tidy and free of food remnants. 5. Furniture: Furniture and decorations must remain in their original place. Charges may apply if this condition is not met. 6. Modifications: We reserve the right to change the assigned room to a similar or better one at no additional cost. 7. Cancelation Policy: Cancelation conditions vary depending on the type of reservation. Please consult the details in the booking confirmation. 8. Check-in Time: Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 12:00 AM. 9. Noise: No disruptive noise is allowed. Breaching this rule may result in the termination of the rental agreement without compensation. 10. Bank Transfers: Any bank fees related to international transfers will be borne by the client. 11. Check-out Time: Check-out must be done before 11:00 AM. Delays may result in additional charges. 12. Safe: Each room has a safe. We are not responsible for valuables not stored in it. 13. Surveillance and Security: The property has surveillance cameras in common areas. By staying, guests accept these measures as a condition of their stay. 14. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the accommodations. Violating this rule will result in a €100 fine. 15. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in a €150 fine per day. 16. Noise Yards: The accommodations is equipped with noise yards to ensure a peaceful environment. Guests are expected to maintain moderate noise levels, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Violating this rule may result in warnings or, in case of repeated offenses, expulsion from the property. 17. Internet Connection: Guests must delete their network credentials from their devices before leaving. The accommodations is not responsible if guests fail to do so. 18. Room Cleaning: Stays of 5 days or more may request a cleaning service at no extra charge. For shorter stays, cleaning (including bed linen and towel changes) can be requested for €29. 19. Loss of Personal Items: The accommodations is not responsible for the loss of personal items. 20. Behavior and Conduct: Guests are expected to behave respectfully. Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate expulsion. 21. Common Areas: Common areas are available for all guests. Please keep these areas clean and respect the furniture and equipment provided. 22. Restricted Access: Only registered guests are allowed to stay on the premises. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the expulsion of the responsible guest, without the right to a refund. 23. Maximum Price: The maximum price per room is €500 per night. 24. Breakfast: The property offers a breakfast service through its partner café, Bakea Bakery. Guests can book this service directly with the property for 5.90 euros per person per day Please note that if your arrival day coincides with the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the room will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 pm. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
