Otherwise, they will need to submit a signed release form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request. Only temporary reservations are allowed, not short stays. The house is not rented for tourist purposes, since they are temporary rentals. Please note that this property IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT. Tenants must sign a temporary rental agreement upon arrival. This contract respects in all its clauses the conditions of the reservation that you will make and does not imply any additional responsibility to the terms and conditions of your Booking reservation. For reservations lasting more than 28 days, electricity and gas consumption will not be included in the rent, the bill amount will be borne by the guest. Please note that if your arrival day coincides with the same day you made your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for check-in before 5:30 pm. Please note that construction work is going on nearby and some rooms may be affected by noise. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival. Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in. Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property. Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
