• PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the apartment. Guests must avoid any noise or behavior that may disturb the peaceful environment of the building. • SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED inside the apartment. A surcharge of €150 (+VAT) applies for removing tobacco odor and €100 (+VAT) for special cleaning. • The main guest or at least one member of the group must be 23 years of age or older. Reservations in which all guests are under 23 will not be accepted (minimum age requirement). • PETS ARE ALLOWED only upon request and prior confirmation before booking (you must contact us before making the reservation). Pets have a €40 supplement per stay. Guide dogs are accepted free of charge. • No baby cots or extra beds are available. The accommodations is exactly as described (number of rooms, beds, etc.). We accept reservations for up to 6 guests, including adults and children. Please ensure that the apartment’s layout and features meet your needs before confirming your booking. • CHECK-IN: From 14:00. Upon request and subject to availability, luggage can be stored from 11:30. • ALL guests must complete the online check-in and submit their ID (passport or national ID) before 18:00 on the day of arrival in order to access and use the apartment. Access is self-managed via your mobile phone through a secure link. If you prefer an in-person check-in, it must be requested 24 hours in advance and has a €40 fee. • CHECK-OUT: Until 11:00. At that time, our cleaning team will enter the apartment to prepare it for the next guest. On the day of departure, the apartment must be left in good condition. All trash must be removed and disposed of in the appropriate street containers.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
