Check-in is available until 11:00 PM. * Free check-in: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. * In-person check-in from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM: €20 surcharge. * In-person check-in from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €30 surcharge. Arrivals after 11:00 PM must be requested in advance: * From 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM: €35 surcharge. * From 1:00 AM to 2:00 AM: €50 surcharge. Check-in is not possible after 2:00 AM. We offer free early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability. In the event of lost keys or needing the door opened because keys were left inside the apartment, the locksmith fee is €150, payable directly by the guest. Please note that for last-minute bookings, check-in may be delayed by up to 2 hours beyond the standard time.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
