Arrivals after 23:00 must be arranged in advance: * From 23:00 to 01:00: €35 surcharge. * From 01:00 to 02:00: €50 surcharge. Check-in is not possible after 02:00. We offer free early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability. In the event of lost keys or being locked out of the flat, the cost of the locksmith will be €150, payable directly by the guest. Please note that last-minute bookings may result in a delay in check-in of up to 2 hours compared to the usual time.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
