A surcharge of €150 (+VAT) applies for removing tobacco odor, and €100 (+VAT) for special cleaning. • PETS ARE ALLOWED: Upon request and consultation before booking (you must contact us prior to reserving). Pets carry an additional fee of €40 per stay. Guide dogs are admitted free of charge. • No cribs or extra beds are available. The accommodations is clearly defined in its description (number of rooms, beds, etc.). Reservations are accepted for up to 4 people, including adults and children. You must ensure that the apartment’s conditions and descriptions meet your needs before confirming the reservation. • CHECK-IN: Entry is from 3:00 p.m. Upon request and consultation, luggage can be stored starting at 11:30 a.m. • ALL guests must complete online check-in and present their ID before 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival in order to access and use the apartment. Access to the apartment is autonomous via your mobile phone through a link. In-person check-in option: request it 24 hours in advance (cost: €40 +VAT). • CHECK-OUT: Departure time is 11:00 a.m. At that time, our cleaning service will enter the apartment to prepare it for the next guest. On your departure day, the apartment must be left in good cleaning condition. All trash must be removed from the apartment and deposited in the street containers.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
